By accessing or using our website, booking services, or visiting our location, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

• Booking: Reservations for the golf simulator must be made through our website or in-person.
   
• Payments: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards.
   
• Cancellation Policy:
   
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund.
     
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
     
• No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
   

Users must:

• Treat equipment with care.
   
• Follow all posted safety instructions.
   
• Refrain from using the simulator while intoxicated or under the influence.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any person to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

By using our golf simulator, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with indoor sports activities. You agree that Cypress Golf is not liable for:

• Personal injury,
   
• Property damage,
   
• Lost or stolen items.
   

You assume full responsibility for any damage you cause to the facility or equipment.

Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Cypress Golf and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
